Unknown, but it appears to be one of a variety of such formulations that people remember from their youths (see Notes)

● I see said the blind man to his dumb and deaf wife at the corner of the round table in front of his mute friend
● I see said the blind man as he peed into the wind. It’s all coming back to me now!
