oh Lucky Jim! exclamation

Well that’s not good


From the music hall song Oh Lucky Jim! attributed variously to George Formby, Tom English & anonymous. Whether the 1954 Kingsley Amis novel of the same name is related is yet to be established, but the song was used in the soundtrack of the 1957 film adaptation.
